Return Policy:

1. You can initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your product.

2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all the tags and labels attached.


Eligible

1. You received a faulty/defective item.

2. You received a physically damaged item.

3. The item is different from description on the website.

In such cases please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for video-graphic & photographic evidence to be sent through email or WhatsApp. It is recommended to take a video while opening the delivery parcel.

Not Eligible

1. Items that have been used/consumed/washed/soiled.

2. Items which were sold under any special offer, combos/sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.

3. We do not accept returns for intimate products, perishable goods, or items marked as ‘non-returnable’.

4. After 3 days of delivery, we are unable to accept any claims related to product faults, physical damage, or discrepancies from the website description. To initiate the return, the customer should post the item(s) through India Post with proper packaging. The cost of return shipping will not be borne by the customer. It will be adjusted on next order. Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.

Refund Policy:

1.We offer two types of refunds: store credit and payment reversal.

2.Store credit: If you choose store credit, we will issue a credit note for the full amount of your purchase, which you can use to buy any product on our website.

3. Payment reversal: If you choose payment reversal, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (debit/credit card, UPI, or net banking). The refund amount will be credited to your account within 10 days of us receiving your returned product.

4. We do not refund any shipping charges or COD charges that you may have paid for the original purchase.

Cancellation of orders:

If an in stock/activated order is cancelled before it has been sent out, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of Rs. 50/-

Policy for Book Purchaser:

We regularly update our store to provide you with the best service. However, there are situations that may arise:

Price Change (A): If the price of an ordered book increases due to publisher adjustments, you will still receive the book at a 15% discount. This additional 3% discount (15% + (15-12)% = 3%) will be applied to the current print price. If there’s an extra cost, your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Availability Issue (B): Occasionally, an ordered book marked as “available” might not be in stock. In such cases, you have the option to request a full refund. Alternatively, you can choose to purchase another book with a 15% discount off the print price.

We value your business and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any of these situations, we will work closely with you to find the best solution.

Note:If you’ve used a coupon code for your order, please note that the extra 3% discount won’t apply in cases where the book’s price changes due to publisher adjustments or if it becomes unavailable. Instead, the discount provided by the coupon code will be considered.

Shipping Policy:

1. Book(s) delivery of any value to any Pin code in India at Rs. 35/- only.

2. Shipping time approximately 5 to 10 days all over India.

3. Rare cases, it takes long due to natural calamities, Technical problems etc. In that case we are not responsible for the delay.

4. Delivery will be done within 72 hours to the selected pin codes in Kolkata where cash on delivery is available & shipping charge is Rs. 60/- for COD.
